Job Summary:
Pinewood Springs, a behavioral health hospital, near Nashville, TN is seeking an adult psychiatrist for a Medical Directorship role.Qualified Candidates:
- ABMS board certified or board eligible in psychiatry
- TN license or ability to obtain
- Serve as Medical Director to provide meaningful impact for growing program
- Prior leadership experience preferred
- Provide direct psychiatric services in an inpatient setting
- Option to expand role to include outpatient clinic in nearby Franklin, TN
- Participate in one weekend per month call coverage
Incentive/Benefits Package:
- Base salary with additional earning potential for expanded services and responsibilities
- Full benefits package including health insurance, malpractice insurance
- River Region Psychiatry Associates, a large private practice providing psychiatric services, was physician founded in 2008 and based in Alabama.
- River Region now has 40+ physicians and 60+ providers, located in 10 states.
- Pinewood Springs is a 60-bed standalone behavioral health hospital that serves 200,000 residents across the communities in southern Middle Tennessee.
- This $24.4 million hospital has 60 inpatient beds, covers nearly 50,000 square feet, and is located south of Nashville in Columbia, Tennessee.
- Pinewood Springs is dedicated to the mental health needs of adolescent and adult patients across Middle Tennessee.
- Our facility offers a broad range of inpatient services to treat patients with mood, thought and co-occurring disorders within a supportive and therapeutic environment.
