Join our team at Pinecrest Lake Resort, located in the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountains on the shores of Pinecrest Lake. We are a Full-Service Resort and Restaurant dedicated to providing a quality, family-friendly experience for our guests.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in a timely manner
• Ensure food quality and presentation meets our standards
• Practice portion control and maintain a clean work environment
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Required Skills:

• Scratch Cooking
• Portion Control

Nice to Have Skills: Pasta Making, Broiling, Sautéing, Soup Making, Sauce Making

Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $22-$28/hr DOE. In addition, we provide Sick Leave benefits for our employees.

Prior to the California Gold Rush of 1848, Pinecrest was inhabited by the Me-Wuk Indians. Over time, the area became a trading ground and later developed into a logging industry. Pinecrest Lake, originally known as Strawberry Flat, is now a popular tourist destination surrounded by granite outcroppings.
