Pine Ridge Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is looking for compassionate, dependable individuals who are ready to begin a rewarding career caring for others.
As a Nursing Assistant Trainee, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience while working alongside our experienced nursing team and preparing for our upcoming CNA training program.

What You'll Do
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living while providing compassionate, respectful care
  • Support the nursing staff in delivering quality resident-centered care
  • Learn the skills needed to become a Certified Nursing Assistant
  • Follow all facility policies and procedures
  • Comply with all state and federal regulations
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents
Qualifications
  • No CNA certification required!
  • Desire to pursue a career as a Certified Nursing Assistant
  • CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Long-term care experience is a plus but not required
  • Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn
  • Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Become a Certified Nursing Assistant!
Our next CNA Training Class is starting soon!
Our training program is designed to prepare you for the Colorado State CNA Certification Exam while giving you valuable real-world experience.
Class Schedule:
  • Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
  • 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Classroom instruction from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Skills lab and hands-on practice from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
  • 36 hours of clinical training required for course completion

After successfully completing the program, you'll be eligible to take the Colorado State CNA Certification Exam and begin your career as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
