Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will have the opportunity to transform the lives of our patients and residents while building meaningful relationships with them and their families. You will care for a diverse group of patients with complex diagnoses, enhancing your knowledge and skills across multiple areas.

In your role at our facility, you will deliver high-quality, person-centered care as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team. You will assist residents in both short-term recovery and long-term care, utilizing strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and consistency to create a significant impact each day.

Position Highlights
  • Conduct nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other healthcare professionals, patients, and families to formulate effective care plans.
  • Set realistic, measurable short- and long-term goals for patients, implementing interventions as needed to reduce rehospitalizations and continuously evaluate outcomes.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments according to physician orders.
  • Delegate patient care tasks to staff and oversee their execution to ensure proper implementation of interventions.
  • Share patient information with assigned staff and facilitate communication between shifts.
Compensation

Base Pay: $40.00 - $47.50 per hour, with a Shift Differential of up to $6.50 based on the shift!

Qualifications
  • Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a current license from the State Board of Nursing.
  • CPR Certification is mandatory.

Salary Range

Posted Salary Range: USD $40.00 - USD $47.50 per hour.
