• Perform detailed home inspections following Pillar To Post standards

• Produce comprehensive digital inspection reports for clients and real estate professionals

• Communicate findings clearly and professionally to clients

• Maintain equipment and uphold the company’s reputation for quality and reliability

• Build relationships with local Real Estate Professionals and customers to grow the business

• Competitive compensation (hourly or commission based pay + bonuses based on performance)

• Paid training and certification support

• Company vehicle available

• Uniform, tools, and inspection technology provided

• Supportive, team-oriented environment

• Opportunities for advancement within the company

• Florida Home Inspector License (or ability to obtain one in 3 months or less)

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

• Basic understanding of home systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, etc.)

• Comfortable using tablets, mobile apps, and reporting software

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Full-time, Monday through Saturday (some flexibility based on client needs)
