Pike Engineering is seeking an Engineer I to join our growing team in Lutz, Florida. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals looking to build a rewarding career in the utility and power industry.
As an Engineer I, you will work alongside experienced engineers and industry professionals, gaining hands-on experience supporting engineering, design, and infrastructure projects that help power communities across the country.
What You'll Do
- Assist with engineering and design projects under the guidance of senior engineers
- Analyze engineering challenges and develop practical, cost-effective solutions
- Support project planning, estimating, scheduling, and tracking activities
- Prepare technical reports, calculations, sketches, and project documentation
- Maintain accurate project records and engineering files
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure project success
- Apply engineering principles and industry standards to support utility infrastructure projects
- Continuously develop technical, professional, and leadership skills
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
