The Residential Carpenter plays a vital role in constructing and finishing residential buildings, working primarily in small teams of 1-3 people. This role involves framing, finish carpentry, and various installation and repair tasks, requiring physical stamina and attention to detail. Occasional travel to job sites is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform framing and finish carpentry tasks
• Install and repair residential structures and fixtures
• Handle and organize building materials efficiently
• Prepare sites for construction activities
• Operate carpentry tools safely and effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of carpentry experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong skills in framing, woodworking, and measurement/layout
• Proficient in tool operation
• Physical stamina for demanding tasks
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
