Job Summary

As a Bird Exclusion Technician / General Laborer, you'll install bird control and exclusion systems on residential, commercial, industrial, and government properties throughout the Greater Phoenix area.

This position is ideal for candidates with backgrounds in:

• General Labor
• Construction
• Roofing
• Handyman Services
• Maintenance
• Installation
• Carpentry
• Framing
• Solar Installation
• Property Maintenance
• Skilled Trades

No two days are the same. You'll work on rooftops, ladders, aerial lifts, and specialty projects while helping customers solve real problems.

Responsibilities

• Install bird exclusion systems including netting, spikes, screening, wire systems, and deterrents
• Perform general labor and light construction work
• Work safely on rooftops, ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts
• Seal entry points and install exclusion materials
• Operate hand and power tools
• Assist with project setup and cleanup
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Complete projects efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship
• Travel occasionally for out-of-town projects throughout Arizona.

Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in Arizona heat, especially during summer months
• Comfortable working at heights on rooftops, ladders, and lifts
• Ability to lift and carry materials throughout the day
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good problem-solving skills and common sense
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Construction, roofing, handyman, maintenance, installation, or general labor experience preferred
