Job Summary

Exercises overall supervision of the department. Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and disciplines the employees according to the general personnel policies of the hospital. Will identify, study, and assist in resolving problems relating to the department. Manages staff assigned to the department. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages the annual department operating and capital budgets
• Directs daily operations of assigned departments
• Directs performance of staff
• Performs related duties as required. 

Qualifications

• Required:
  • Education: Graduate of accredited Imaging Program
  • Experience: 5 years technical experience and 2 years director-level leadership experience.
  • Licensure/Certification: 
    • American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
    • State license if required
• Preferred:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Licensure/Certification: Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA)

Piedmont Medical Network - Fort Mill Hospital opened in 2022 with 100-beds, advanced technology and a compassionate care team. The new hospital features a 24/7 Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit, Medical/Surgical Unit, and a wide array of Surgical Services and Women's Services.
