We’re looking for proven phone sales closers who thrive in a high-volume, one-call closing environment.

You should be comfortable taking control of a conversation, building value, overcoming objections, creating urgency, asking for the sale, and closing on the initial call.

If your background is primarily customer service, appointment setting, retail sales, or low-volume account management, this is likely not the right fit.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We provide a consistent flow of warm, inbound-generated leads who have already shown interest in our health and wellness products.

No cold calling. No prospecting. No building your own lead list.

Your job:

Get the prospect on the phone → Build value → Overcome objections → Create urgency → Ask for the sale → CLOSE.

This is a true one-call closing model. We want closers who know how to maximize every lead and every live conversation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Sell premium health & wellness supplements to warm leads
• Handle a high volume of outbound calls
• Close customers during the initial sales conversation
• Build value and confidently overcome objections
• Follow our proven scripts and sales process
• Track sales activity through our CRM
• Hit and exceed daily and monthly revenue goals
• Maximize every lead and every opportunity
  

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We're looking for proven production — not just sales experience on a résumé.

Strong candidates will have:

• Experience in a one-call closing environment
• Proven high-volume phone sales experience
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills
• Experience working toward aggressive sales targets
• Confidence asking directly for the sale
• Competitive, performance-driven mentality
• Resilience and a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow a proven script while sounding natural
• Coachability and accountability
• Discipline to perform in a fully remote environment

Be prepared to speak to your numbers: daily call volume, close rate, average ticket, monthly production, and sales targets.

Relevant backgrounds include telesales, inside sales, call center sales, B2C phone sales, high-ticket sales, insurance, Medicare, health & wellness, supplements, home services, and debt resolution.

THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR EVERYONE

This is probably not for you if you:

• Have never worked in high-volume phone sales
• Are primarily an appointment setter or order taker
• Prefer low call volume or extensive follow-up
• Are uncomfortable asking directly for the sale
• Need a guaranteed hourly wage or base salary

We want salespeople who want the calls, want the opportunities, and want their income tied directly to production.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE:

Compensation: 100% Commission | 1099 Independent Contractor
First-Year OTE: $60,000–$120,000
Top Performer Potential: $150,000+
Location: Fully Remote
Schedule: Performance and revenue-goal based
