The Phoenix is seeking a highly organized marketing coordinator to support day-to-day execution across a variety of marketing and communications initiatives. This role will provide flexible operational and creative support across multiple workstreams and teams.
The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable managing a wide range of marketing support tasks simultaneously. This person does not need specialized experience in strategy, but should be capable of producing strong first drafts, coordinating projects, managing requests, and moving work forward efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support execution of marketing and communications projects across multiple teams and initiatives
- Coordinate incoming requests related to events, partnerships, collateral, toolkits, marketing assets, and related needs
- Develop first drafts of marketing copy, toolkits, presentations, and support materials
- Adapt and work within existing design templates and brand systems
- Assist with project coordination, timelines, and communication between stakeholders
- Help organize and package marketing materials for internal and external use
- Support miscellaneous marketing and communications needs as priorities shift

QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, or related roles (internships count!)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfort managing overlapping priorities and requests
- Experience working within brand templates and lightweight creative systems (i.e., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, PPT/Slides/Keynote)
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in fast-moving environments

COMPENSATION AND HOURS
- This is a part-time role (25 hours per week) with an hourly range of $26.25 - $28.27. Please be aware that most offers fall below the top of the range and are based on a variety of factors such as relevant experience and qualifications, internal equity among the team, and market indicators.
- This is a term-limited role with possibility of extension. Term is one year from start date.
