Position Title: Financial Analyst

Reports To: AVP Finance

Location: Portage, IN

Overview of Position: Phoenix Global is the premier international provider of steel mill services. The company has been actively adding domestic and international subsidiaries and is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the AVP of Finance for the Northern and Southern Regions. The Financial Analyst will be an integral part of the growing finance and accounting team and will report directly to the AVP of Finance. The incumbent will assist with the preparation of monthly forecasts, financial reports, presentation materials, and provide ad hoc analysis for the organization.

Work Environment:

This job takes place in an office with weekly meetings in a Steel Mill, requiring a sense of high-level safety reverence using the required PPE for the environment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to speak and listen in potentially noisy indoor and outdoor environments. The employee may be required to stand, walk on both flat and uneven surfaces, and climb stairs.

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay $100,000 to $115,000 annually based on experience.

Annual performance bonus target 10%.
