Full-Time FedEx P&D Driver – Bozeman, MT

Full-time drivers begin their scheduled workday at 9:15 AM and must arrive on time in FedEx-compliant uniform attire.

This is a physically demanding delivery position requiring frequent entry and exit from a FedEx truck or step van. Candidates must be able to lift up to 90 lbs and push, pull, or maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs. Drivers work outdoors in varying Montana weather conditions. All-weather uniforms are provided.

Routes are structured around an approximately 8-hour workday depending on route and individual efficiency.

New-hire schedules are based on operational needs and may include split days off. Operations are generally closed Sundays except during peak season in November and December.

Starting Pay: $230/day
Relevant delivery experience may qualify candidates for a higher starting rate. We also offer performance-based raises, bonus opportunities, and occasional overtime. Initial performance reviews are typically completed within the first 6–12 weeks.
