Must be willing to take on duties as assigned and help provide training when requested. You will be assigned to a region with a group of 4 homes. Starting wage is $17-$19/hour based on schedule flexibility and availability. Must be willing to work at least one weekend per pay period.QUALIFICATIONS:High School diploma or equivalency preferred.Must be 18 or older.One year of experience working with individuals with physical and/or developmental disabilities or human services related field, preferred.Excellent communication skills, verbal, and written.Willingness to provide personal cares for individuals as needed.Ability to coordinate activities and services.Ability to read, write and speak the English Language in order to adequately interact and respond to the individuals and meet their service needs.This position requires a valid driver's license and the ability to maintain a safe driving record.
