As a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) with our skilled nursing facility (SNF), you'll be an integral part of our interdisciplinary care team, working alongside our experienced healthcare professionals to deliver top-notch care to our residents. CNA Certified Nurse Aide Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on care to our senior residents, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and incontinence care

• Monitor and record vital signs, report changes to nursing staff, and update resident charts

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and coordination

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control standards
