Location: Bronx, NY
Pay: $21/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | All Shifts Available
Position Type: Long-Term Temp (Potential for Extension)


A long-term care facility in the Bronx is seeking Patient Escorts to join their team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in a healthcare setting while providing essential support to patients and staff.


Responsibilities:

  • Safely escort and transport patients within the facility (rooms, therapy, appointments, etc.)
  • Assist patients with mobility, including wheelchair transport
  • Provide courteous and respectful interaction with patients and staff
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during transport
  • Follow all facility protocols and safety guidelines


Requirements:

  • Minimum GED or High School Diploma
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Prior healthcare or patient care experience is a plus (not required)
