Job description

Product Manager
Location: NYC (Hybrid - 3 days/week in office)
Reports to: Chief Technology Officer
Employment Type: Full Time / Permanent
Salary: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 + Bonus
About Phaidon International
Established in London in 2004, Phaidon International was founded with the ambition to deliver talent solutions backed by deep industry expertise. Since then, we have consistently ranked among the fastest-growing recruitment firms globally and are currently the 10th largest direct-hire agency in the world.
We partner with a wide range of businesses - from Fortune 500 companies to venture-backed start-ups - to deliver the right talent for mission-critical roles. Operating through global hubs, our consultants offer localised knowledge combined with international reach, helping clients navigate regional complexities and achieve both immediate and long-term hiring goals.
About the Role
We are hiring a Product Manager to own the roadmap and delivery of recruiter-facing tools and workflows across the business. You will define priorities, write specifications, coordinate across engineering and third-party vendors, and drive multiple releases per month. This is a high-ownership, execution-oriented role with direct access to C-suite leadership.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own the product roadmap end-to-end - from intake and prioritization through to specification, delivery, and post-launch measurement
  • Drive multiple concurrent releases per month across a mix of in-house builds and SaaS integrations
  • Conduct direct user research with consultants to identify friction and prioritize improvements
  • Work closely with engineering, data, and external vendors to scope work and unblock delivery
  • Define and track success metrics for every release
  • Report roadmap progress and strategic direction to the COO and ELT regularly

What We're Looking For
  • Relevant product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or workflow software
  • A demonstrable record of shipping: multiple releases per month, full end-to-end ownership, lean resourcing
  • Practical familiarity with AI and LLM tooling - including self-directed experimentation and independent projects; we value candidates who explore and build on their own initiative
  • Strong written communication - clear specifications and concise stakeholder updates
  • Sufficient technical fluency to engage productively with engineering teams
  • High agency and independence - able to move from ambiguity to structured recommendation without close direction

Why Join Phaidon International
  • Direct access to C-suite leadership and meaningful influence over how 1,500 people work every day
  • Significant greenfield scope - building new capability, not managing legacy
  • A business investing seriously in technology and moving with purpose
  • Real deliverables, real relationships, and substantive exposure to enterprise transformation at scale
