Track brand needs, economics, strategies, timelines, and priorities while staying abreast oftherapeutic areatrends
Proactivelyestablishstrong internal and external relationshipsacrossPPS, theBusiness Unit, broaderGlobal Access and Value (GAV)functions,US Market Access (USMA), andenabling functions(e.g., Digital, Analytics, Chief Commercial Office)
Basic Qualifications
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
Relevant healthcare experience includes experience working in/with consulting, commercial biopharma functions involving strategy development and/or strategic initiatives (e.g., marketing, commercial development, market access & pricing, etc.)
Strong enterprise thinking, strategic planning, and financial acumen, with a data-driven mindset and the ability to connect broader organizational goals toBU-specific strategies
Experiencein portfolio strategy, with a proven ability toidentifyopportunities,anticipatechallenges, and guide decision-making at scale

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $124,400.00 to $207,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
