Job description

Customer Care Center Representative

Make an impact caring for pets — and the people who love them.

More than 30,000 pet owners across Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati trust PetWOW with their pets' care.

PetWOW is a family-owned veterinary company founded in 1971. We operate two Northern Kentucky hospitals and a fleet of mobile wellness vehicles serving the Greater Cincinnati area. Our mission is simple: strengthen people and pets by making pet care easy.

We work hard, care deeply, and rely on strong teamwork to deliver great care. We offer opportunities for growth, recognition for strong performance, education opportunities, and supportive management.

About the Role:

We are searching for a customer-focused and dependable Call Center Representative to welcome to our team. This role is the first point of contact for our clients. Team members assist with scheduling, answering questions, resolving concerns, and helping guide clients through their pets' care needs across medical, grooming, and preventative services. The right candidate is organized, calm under pressure, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift throughout the day.

This role requires flexibility in scheduling across our full range of operating hours as well as the ability to float between our hospital locations (all within a 15-mile radius). Schedules vary based on business needs and are not fixed week to week. This position requires consistent availability- not compatible with an in-person school schedule or long-term schedule restrictions.

What Success Looks Like:

Successful team members in this role:

  • Communicate clearly, calmly, and professionally on every call
  • Make clients feel heard, supported, and cared for
  • Stay organized while handling multiple tasks and systems
  • Accurately schedule and document appointments and requests
  • Handle high call volume without becoming overwhelmed
  • Work well with clinical and support teams to ensure smooth communication
  • Maintain a positive, steady presence even during difficult conversations
