The ideal Regional Market Executive builds more than a sales territory-they build a market.
They become the recognized commercial leader within their geography, creating lasting consultant relationships, expanding Personify Health's market influence, developing sustainable pipeline growth, and consistently delivering profitable new business while strengthening the company's reputation as the premier independent TPA.
The Regional Market Executive serves as the commercial leader for an assigned geographic market, responsible for expanding Personify Health's market presence. Working in partnership with National Account Executives, Strategic Sales Associates, Channel Sales, Product, and Operations, the Market Executive drives both immediate revenue growth and long-term market expansion.
What You'll Actually Do
  • Serve as the commercial leader and primary ambassador for Personify Health within the assigned market by developing and executing a comprehensive market growth strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Establish Personify Health's presence within the local healthcare and benefits community, building long-term market awareness and influence.
  • Develop annual market business plans with measurable growth objectives.
  • Identify market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Generate consistent net-new revenue through strategic engagement with employers, brokers, consultants, and other referral partners.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with regional consultants and brokerage firms that influence employer purchasing decisions.
  • Create strategic account plans for priority consulting firms, positioning Personify Health as the preferred TPA partner.
  • Represent Personify Health at industry conferences, networking events, and market leadership forums.
  • Maintain operational excellence throughout the sales process, including:
  • Accurate pipeline management.
  • Forecast accountability.
  • Executive opportunity reviews.
  • CRM discipline.
  • Cross-functional coordination with Implementation, Client Success, Product, and Operations.

Qualifications
What You Bring to Our Team
  • 10+ years of successful healthcare, employee benefits, or TPA sales experience required.
  • Demonstrated success selling complex self-funded healthcare solutions.
  • Proven history of exceeding sales objectives within highly consultative sales environments.

Compensation: This position offers a base salary range of $140,000 - $175,000, depending on location, skills, and experience. You're eligible for our full benefits package starting day one.
