Specifics:

• Customer Engagement and Support
• Welcome customers with a warm friendly smile.
• Identify customers' needs and recommend an appropriate car wash package based on their needs.
• Be able to provide detailed information regarding our packages, what they offer, and the benefits.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and professionally.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the service received.
• Sales
• Be able to maintain capture rate at 40% or better
• Promote our car wash memberships and packages
• Operational Tasks
• Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility.

Fundamental Responsibilities:

• Provide a friendly, warm, and inviting environment by making eye contact, smiling, and greeting all members and retail customers as they arrive.
• Welcome every customer as a winner and see if they would be interested in joining our membership.
• Communicate with retail customers to identify their needs and answer questions about different wash packages with the intention of selling the highest tier monthly memberships
• Be able to explicitly describe all the different chemicals in our wash packages.
• Promote annual passes and upgraded membership packages to existing members with the intention of building the highest tier club member base.
• Build familiarity with club members and ensure maximum customer satisfaction while consistently meeting daily and monthly sales goals.
• Follow established guidelines and procedures when performing any services including but not limited to:
• Inspecting vehicles for potential damage or hazardous items
• Maintaining a clean work environment
• Assisting in cleaning the facility

Qualifications:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Sales Driven
• Hospitality expierence / phenomenal customer service
• Great English (Spanish Bilingual)
• This job involves being outside with physical activities.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Capability to lift moderate weights.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work with a high sense of urgency.
