Position Summary:
Perforce is seeking a Vice President of Engineering to lead the global engineering org across our expanding portfolio of testing tools. This senior leadership role is responsible for engineering strategy, execution, team development, and platform evolution, with ownership of a portfolio being enhanced to deliver AI-based enterprise solutions that automate test infrastructure and data creation, while enabling advanced functional, scale, and performance testing across web browsers, thick clients, and mobile devices. It also includes AI-enabled static analysis tools to ensure software quality, strengthen security, and enforce compliance with industry standards.
The ideal candidate has experience leading distributed engineering teams in high-growth SaaS environments, a strong grasp of modern SDLC practices, and a track record of embedding AI into development workflows and product capabilities. They thrive in acquisition-driven organizations, can drive platform consolidation without losing engineering momentum, and bring both technical depth and executive presence.
This is a global engineering role with teams that may be located across multiple geographies including India, Israel, North America, and Europe.
