We're looking for an AI Research Scientist to join our team working on bleeding-edge gesture recognition technology. You'll be responsible for developing and improving our core AI models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying at the forefront of AI research.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement novel deep learning techniques for gesture recognition
• Design and conduct experiments to validate AI models and improve performance
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate research into production systems
• Stay current with state-of-the-art research in computer vision and human-computer interaction
• Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and journals

Requirements

• PhD or MS in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in deep learning and computer vision research
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Publication record in relevant conferences (CVPR, NeurIPS, ICCV, etc.)
• Experience with gesture or pose recognition systems is a plus
