As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in driving revenue through consultative selling and relationship building.

Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, interview and build meaningful relationships with prospective IT candidates to assess skill set, work history, salary requirements and alignment with client needs.
- Manage candidates through all stages of the recruiting and hiring process by adhering to PeopleSERVE's recruiting process and methodology.
- Leverage multiple recruiting channels to proactively seek active and passive talent- including internal database (Job Diva), external job boards, networking, social media, and candidate referrals.
- Use negotiating skills to create mutual beneficial scenarios for PeopleSERVE, the candidate, and the client.
- Responsible for hitting weekly defined recruitment metrics around candidate screenings, submittals, interviews and placements.
- Prepare candidate profile and resume for client submittal including resume formatting to meet client expectations.
- Work with internal sales teams to help drive delivery strategy for candidates.
- Work closely with candidates throughout the hiring process including offering feedback, salary negotiation, compensation requirements and any additional guidance to cultivate a successful partnership.
- Provide thorough documentation of sales activity into sales database.

- This position is fully virtual-however candidates must live in the Greater Boston area and be available as needed for in-person collaboration and training.
