Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a well-established hotel near the Kansas City Airport, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shuttle Driver to join our team. We're looking for a dependable Hotel Shuttle Driver to provide exceptional transportation service for our guests traveling to and from Kansas City International Airport and nearby destinations. In this role, you'll be more than just a driver. You'll be an ambassador for our hotel, helping create memorable first and last impressions through outstanding hospitality and service.
Job Summary
  • Safely transport hotel guests to and from the airport and other designated locations.
  • Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist guests with loading, unloading, and securing luggage.
  • Share information about hotel amenities, local attractions, restaurants, and area highlights.
  • Maintain accurate shuttle schedules and ensure timely arrivals and departures.
  • Communicate effectively with the front desk and hotel team regarding guest transportation needs.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly.
  • Keep the shuttle clean, safe, and guest-ready always.
  • Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous shuttle, transportation, driving, or customer service experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
  • Friendly personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide excellent service while remaining calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Familiarity with the Kansas City Airport area is helpful but not required.
