Essential Duties:

• Engage with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods through door-to-door canvassing
• Clearly communicate the benefits of Pella’s products and services, focusing on window and door replacement solutions
• Educate potential customers about the free in-home consultation and what to expect during their appointment
• Schedule appointments for homeowners to meet with a Pella in-home remodeling consultant
• Record and maintain accurate information on homeowner interactions using company-provided tools or software
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly outreach and appointment-setting goals
• Represent the Pella brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity at all times
• Attend team meetings and ongoing training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and best practices
• Follow company safety and compliance guidelines while working in the field
• Provide feedback to management on homeowner responses, lead quality, and neighborhood conditions

Requirements:

Qualifications: Strong and highly developed verbal communication skills Comfortable, confident and poised speaking in public Self-motivated, disciplined, and focused on career growth Open to learning new skills across different fields Outgoing and enjoys working with people Thrives in a competitive team environment Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred
