Pediatric Wellness Concierge

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Pediatric Medical Assistant, (with administrative office experience) for our home-office in Parkland.

All patient visits are at home visits, so the office is only administrative.

In this vital role, you will provide exceptional customer care and administrative assistance.

Ensure well accomodated scheduling for our clients.

Accurate documentation, and high-quality service in our EMR system.

Work and a quiet environment, with a lot of flexibility.

Duties

• Maintain comprehensive electronic health records (EHR) systems by documenting patient information.
• Prepare and manage appointment schedule, well child care and vaccination schedule.
• Update vaccination records and schedule delivery of vaccines to patients houses
• Onboarding new patients.
• Patient communication. and phone calls.
• Maintain supply cabinets inventory.
• Manage billing.
• Prepare medical kits for Physicians.
• Assist with personal admisitrative tasks when needed.

Skills

• Office administrative support assising medical doctor.
• Proficiency with EHR/EMR systems for documentation
• At least 1 year experience working in PEDIATRIC CLINIC.
• Vaccine administration and vitals taking - a plus.
• English at a proficient level speaking and writing.
• Excellent patient service skills with a compassionate approach.
