About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Manager to join our Assurance Services team in our Cleveland and/or Akron office. This individual will lead audit engagements, mentor staff, and build trusted relationships with clients. You'll have the resources and flexibility to do your best work, plus the opportunity to grow into a leadership role.

Requirements

• Lead audit engagements from planning through completion across a diverse client base
• Supervise, mentor, and develop staff and senior accountants through workpaper review and coaching
• Serve as a primary client contact, ensuring strong communication and timely delivery
• Evaluate internal controls, accounting processes, and financial reporting systems
• Perform technical accounting and auditing research and stay current on GAAP and GAAS
• Identify opportunities to improve audit efficiency and enhance client relationships
• Assist with engagement budgeting, staffing, training, and practice development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA designation
• 7+ years of experience in public accounting
• Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and assurance standards
• Experience in managing client engagements and relationships
• Exemplary leadership skills

Salary Range:

$120,000-140,000 annually, plus bonus, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
