Requirements To succeed in this role, you should bring: Excellent communication and people skills Strong attention to detail and follow-through A background in client service—financial services experience is a plus Comfort with CRM tools, scheduling systems, and common office software A calm, professional demeanor and a natural problem-solver mindset
