Job description

The Pearl Health Center is looking for an experienced Primary Care Practitioner to

join our medical team as a Primary Care Provider. The successful applicant will

provide skillful and compassionate care to our patient population. The provider

would work alongside Family Nurse Practitioners, Naturopathic Physicians, Medical

Doctors, Licensed Mental Health Counselors, Community Health Workers, a

Chiropractor, an Acupuncturist to provide integrated medical care to a diverse

range of patients.

The successful applicant will be a Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner

Program or Physician Assistant program and Current Advanced Practice

Registered Nurse (APRN) Licensure with National certification or licensed to

practice as a Physician’s Assistant in Oregon, with at least 2 years’ experience.

Licensed naturopathic physicians in the State of Oregon with Family Practice

experience are encouraged to apply.

The Pearl Health Center offers a competitive health and dental package, paid time

Duties:

*Ensures optimal patient care services by leading and coordinating health care

delivery job results of the health team.

*Identifies potential medical and surgical problems by conducting physical

examinations; recording patient histories; preparing patient work-ups and

summaries; recording normal and abnormal data and tentative conclusions.

*Provides direct patient care by coordinating and scheduling appointments;

explaining the necessity, preparation, nature, and anticipated effects of

procedures to the patient and/or the patient's family; completing laboratory

studies; performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

*Monitor patient progress by carrying-out patient services; maintaining patient

records; consulting with consulting physician when patient's progress does not

meet anticipated and/or predetermined criteria; arranging consultations.

*Improves patient care quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing

processes; implementing changes.

Qualifications: The successful applicant will be eligible to be credentialled as a

Primary Care Provider. Family Nurse Practitioners, Naturopathic Physicians, and

Physician’s Assistants with Primary Care experience are encouraged to apply.

Compensation is negotiable based on experience and training with quarterly

productivity bonuses.
