Peak Seven is seeking a proactive, organized Account Coordinator / Junior Account Executive with 3 years of marketing or agency experience to support the day-to-day management of client accounts, projects, communications, reporting, and campaign execution.
This role is ideal for someone who has strong account coordination experience and is ready to take on more client-facing responsibility, or a newer Account Executive who can confidently manage projects with guidance from senior account leadership or smaller accounts on their own.
You should be comfortable juggling multiple clients and projects, keeping internal teams organized, communicating clearly with clients, and helping ensure work moves forward accurately and on time. This person should be detail-oriented, calm under pressure, quick to learn, and able to adapt as priorities shift.
About the Role
The Account Coordinator / Junior Account Executive will support Account Executives in managing client accounts across digital, traditional media, creative, website, and organic social media initiatives.
You will help keep projects organized from intake through execution, prepare agendas and reports, proof deliverables, coordinate approvals, track next steps, and support communication between clients, internal teams, and vendors.
This role requires someone who can take ownership of follow-through, ask smart questions, and handle both client-facing responsibilities and behind-the-scenes coordination with the same level of care and urgency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of client accounts and projects
- Help coordinate communication between clients, internal teams, and external vendors
- Attend client meetings, take clear notes, summarize action items, and follow up on next steps
- Help manage project timelines, deadlines, deliverables, approvals, and revisions
- Create and maintain organized project tasks, agendas, meeting notes, and status updates
- Review and proof creative, copy, reports, social content, emails, website updates, and other deliverables before client review
- Support digital marketing projects, including campaign coordination, reporting, landing pages, email marketing, and website-related requests
- Assist with traditional media coordination, including trafficking details, vendor follow-up, creative deadlines, media schedules, approvals, and campaign materials
- Support organic social media coordination, including content calendars, client feedback, approvals, scheduling support, and communication with internal social/creative teams
- Help prepare client reports, performance summaries, meeting agendas, and campaign updates
- Monitor deadlines and proactively communicate when timelines, priorities, or deliverables need to shift
- Help organize client feedback and translate requests into clear internal tasks
- Support administrative needs such as time tracking, job organization, billing/invoicing support, and internal documentation
- Stay familiar with each client’s brand, goals, campaigns, industry, competitors, and ongoing priorities
- Use project management and agency systems consistently to keep work organized and moving forward

Technical Skills & Tools
Candidates should be comfortable using common digital, communication, and project management tools, including:
- Google Workspace: Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and Slides
- Project management platforms such as Basecamp, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Trello, or similar tools
- Time tracking platforms such as Everhour, Harvest, Toggl, or similar tools
- Basic digital marketing and reporting platforms
- Website/CMS platforms such as WordPress
- Email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or similar tools
- Social media scheduling or planning tools
- Mac operating system
- General understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, SEO, analytics, email, websites, landing pages, organic social, and traditional media
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3 years of marketing, advertising, communications, or agency experience preferred
- Experience supporting or managing client accounts required
- Experience coordinating digital marketing, creative projects, organic social media, website updates, reporting, or traditional media is a plus
- Agency experience strongly preferred
