The Opportunity

We are looking for a Landscape Crew Lead who has experience guiding a team and helping projects get completed the right way.

You do not need a background in every area of landscaping. If you have led a landscape crew, managed daily job site responsibilities, and helped teammates perform their best, you have the foundation we are looking for.

Experience with lighting systems or irrigation work is a bonus, but not required.

What You'll Do

• Lead landscape crew members during daily operations
• Help coordinate tasks, materials, and job site organization
• Communicate clearly with teammates
• Maintain safe and productive work areas
• Support quality expectations from start to finish
• Work hands-on while helping others succeed

Additional experience is welcomed in:

• Landscape lighting installation
• Irrigation systems
• Watering systems
• Troubleshooting or system maintenance

These are bonus skills only -- landscape leadership experience is the priority.
