✨ Entry-level technicians start at $18/hour

✨ Experienced technicians/RBT pay is negotiable based on experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma required (associate degree or higher preferred)

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for travel to home-based sessions

• Current CPR and First Aid certification

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred, but not required

• Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental disabilities, is preferred

• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to follow treatment plans and work under BCBA supervision

• Comfortable working in both clinic-based and home-based environments

• Reliable, professional, and committed to maintaining consistency for clients and families

• Ability to actively engage with children during sessions, including play-based learning and behavior intervention strategies

• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow within the ABA field
