This is an opportunity to join a highly organized, high performance team focused on helping homeowners understand their options after storm damage affects their windows, roofing, siding, or gutters.

We are currently hiring only three new team members this year.

What You’ll Do

Your role is simple:

Meet homeowners face to face.

Have real conversations.

Help customers understand the condition of their current windows and discuss available solutions.

Our team already identifies the neighborhoods and homes that most likely need our consulting services. Your responsibility is to connect with homeowners, build trust, and guide them through the process.

You do not need construction experience.

You do not need to know how to measure windows or write orders.

Our experienced production and management team handles the technical side for you and your customers.

Your focus is communication, consistency, and relationship building.

Daily Expectations

• Speak with 10 to 15 homeowners per day

• Work both in the field and from our Eagan office

• Help homeowners understand their options

• Meet with insurance inspectors when needed

• Work closely with a supportive team environment

• Represent one of the top window companies in the country

Compensation

This position includes:

• Guaranteed training pay for selected hires

• Immediate commission opportunities

• Performance bonuses

• Average commissions exceeding $5,000 per customer

• Six figure income opportunity

Expected income for committed team members starts around $150,000+ annually.

Top performers on our team consistently exceed $300,000 per year.

Helping just 3 to 4 customers per month can create a $20,000 to $30,000 income month.
