The Chiropractic Assistant role plays a vital role in supporting a small administrative team by managing a blend of billing and administrative duties. This position ensures smooth office operations through payment processing, insurance claims management, appointment scheduling, and delivering excellent customer service to patients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate billing processes and handle payment processing efficiently
• Schedule and manage patient appointments using scheduling software
• Handle insurance claims submissions and follow-up
• Maintain and update accurate patient records
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to patients
• Perform general office administration tasks to support daily operations

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in medical billing and administration
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with medical billing and insurance claims processing
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
• Proficiency in appointment scheduling software
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
