Requirements
- Minimum 3 years successfully hunting, prospecting, developing and closing leads for new business
- Demonstrated proven sales success as a top producer in HR/Payroll or Time & Labor Solutions sales or related industry
- Understanding of executive level business drivers, value expectations, business cases, and ROI assumptions
- Excellent influence and negotiation skills
- Exceptional initiative. Must be motivated and self-disciplined
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with "solution selling" methods
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
