This is a phone-based role (appointment setting) where you’ll be calling business owners throughout the day. If you’re coachable, competitive, and looking for an opportunity to grow, this can be a great starting point.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing (Day-to-Day)
- Making outbound calls to U.S. business owners (B2B)
- Following a script and improving it over time
- Setting qualified appointments for the sales team
- Handling rejection and staying consistent throughout the day
- Learning basic CRM tools to track your activity
This role is not closing sales — your focus is starting conversations and booking appointments.
This is a high-activity, phone-heavy role — most of your day will be spent calling.

Pay & Incentives
- Base: $16–$20/hr
- Bonuses for every qualified appointment set
Typical earnings with incentives: $800–$1,200+/week
Top performers can reach $22–$25+/hr
