Paws R Us is seeking a highly organized and dependable Volunteer Nonprofit Operations Assistant to help support the daily operations of our growing dog welfare organization.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to emails
- Make phone calls to businesses, sponsors, and community partners
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain spreadsheets and organizational records
- Follow up with volunteers and applicants
- Assist with administrative projects and outreach
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using email, phone, and basic computer programs
- Passion for animal welfare
Outstanding volunteers may be considered for future paid positions as funding becomes available.
