As Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Team Member for Paula Faivre - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relationships and proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services
• Consult with customers about comprehensive financial planning and insurance options
• Assist customers with daily transactions and offer thoughtful professional recommendations
• Ability to learn market trends and product offerings quickly

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of experience in insurance and financial services or relevant sales
• Licenses in Property, Casualty, Life & Health insurance preferred
• Ability to stay positive in a fast paced, high demand, multi-state agency

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Must be coachable and accountable to systems and processes
• Must prefer a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and enjoy technology updates/changes
• Self starter and the ability to self resource 
• Bi-Lingual in either Spanish, Tagalog or Vietnamese
