Job description

This job posting is for Wireline Operator 1 NON-DOT & DOT roles based out of San Angelo, TX and for Wireline Supervisor 1 DOT & Wireline Operator 1 NON-DOT roles based out of Midland, TX 

Detailed Description: 

  • Drive company vehicles to and from job sites in accordance with company procedures. 

  • Properly position and rig-up/rig-down equipment as per company standards. 

  • Submit accurate and timely driving records, pre/post-trip inspections, and associated documentation. 

  • Maintain and perform field repairs on equipment as necessary for operations. 

  • Assist in gun loading activities. 

  • Perform additional job duties as assigned. 

Job Requirements: 
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

  • Consistently demonstrates professionalism, integrity, ethical behavior, and commitment to company values. 

  • Reliable and punctual with the ability to complete assigned work hours. 

  • Works cooperatively with others, valuing their contributions and treating them with dignity and respect. 

  • Displays a positive attitude towards the company, job responsibilities, and career development. 

  • Demonstrates problem-solving skills using logic, judgment, and data to identify effective solutions. 

Language Comprehension: 
Must understand and speak English proficiently to issue, receive, and respond to safety and operations-related directions. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma or GED required. 

  • 6 months to 1 year of field experience required. 

Preferred Licenses and Certifications: 

  • Valid CDL A/B with Hazmat endorsement. 

  • First Aid and CPR certification. 

  • Forklift Training. 

  • Lockout/Tagout training. 

  • PEC Premier Certification.

This role is critical in ensuring the safe and efficient execution of wireline operations while maintaining the highest safety and operational standards.
