Education/Experience

This is an either/or requirement. If candidate does not have 5 years of restaurant management experience, they will need:

Bachelor's Degree (Business, Hospitality, Culinary Arts preferred)

Cumulative GPA of 3.4 or higher + working while enrolled

OR 3.0 or higher, while working 30+ hours/week or track record of success in athletics (i.e. varsity athletics)

If they DO have 5 years of restaurant management experience, then:

Strong record of success is needed

Bachelor's Degree will NOT be needed
