What You'll Do:Â
- Empower Independence:
- Support members with developmental disabilities in their daily routines and activities.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including meal preparation and personal hygiene tasks.
- Build Meaningful Connections:
- Foster trust and companionship through respectful, engaging interactions.
- Promote Safety & Wellbeing:
- Implement behavior support strategies to address challenging behaviors effectively.
- Collaborate for Impact:
- Work with supervisors and other professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
- Advocate with Heart:
- Ensure member safety and comfort through attentive and respectful care.
- Uphold member rights and dignity at all times.

Over 18 years old with a clean background and strong communication skills

- Opportunity A: Weekday Evening Shift
- Schedule:Â Monday through Friday
- Hours:Â Late afternoon to evening (typically 3:00/4:00 pm - 8:00/9:00 pm)
- Opportunity B:Â Flexible Part-Time Shift
- Schedule: Thursdays & Saturdays or Sundays
- Hours: Flexible hours, with the potential for increased/longer hours as the role and working relationship evolve
- Opportunity A: Weekday Evening Shift
