Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine the unique mental health needs of clients, drawing from their histories and current challenges.
• Create individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices to address specific client goals, using tools such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Provide therapeutic services through secure virtual platforms, adapting your approach to reflect the preferences and needs of each client.
• Engage in regular check-ins with clients to assess their progress, making adjustments to treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of therapy sessions and client progress, adhering to all ethical and legal requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and peer consultations to share insights, best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients remotely.
• A deep sense of empathy and compassion, equipping you to understand and connect with clients on their mental health journeys.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to juggle diverse client workloads and maintain thorough documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telehealth counseling and familiarity with digital health technologies.
• Previous involvement in specialized populations (e.g., children and adolescents, trauma survivors).
• Additional certifications in specific therapeutic modalities are highly regarded.
