Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to thoroughly understand clients' mental health challenges, effectively tailoring treatment plans that address their unique needs.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using personalized techniques designed to motivate personal growth and enhance overall well-being.
• Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients and systematically track their progress throughout the treatment journey.
• Provide teletherapy services to individuals who require flexible solutions or have mobility challenges, ensuring accessibility to mental health support.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation to uphold ethical standards and comply with legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Current licensing to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Texas is mandatory, or eligibility for licensure in Texas if currently licensed in another state.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling techniques is highly advantageous, given the nature of the position.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a solid salary, employees enjoy:
