Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments during initial sessions to accurately identify clients' mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues.
  • Design and implement customized therapeutic strategies that align with clients' specific goals, preferences, and circumstances, utilizing various counseling techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices.
  • Maintain knowledge of the latest mental health research and methodologies to ensure that clients receive the most effective treatment options available.
  • Provide continuous support to clients during counseling sessions, ensuring a warm and engaging atmosphere that fosters trust and openness.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and refer clients to additional mental health professionals or community resources when necessary to provide comprehensive care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses on diverse populations, including adolescents, adults, and families, who are facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
  • Possession of all relevant state-mandated licenses to practice as a licensed mental health counselor in Washington.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to foster rapport and trust with clients quickly.
  • Proficiency in conducting assessments, formulating treatment plans, and executing therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patient needs.
  • A strong sense of ethics and professionalism, including a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and compliance with ethical guidelines.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in outpatient counseling settings is preferred.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technology to conduct virtual sessions effectively.
  • Previous experience in community mental health or crisis intervention is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
