is looking for an organized, detail-oriented People Operations Partner to join our team! This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, managing multiple priorities, supporting employees and managers, and helping keep important People Operations processes running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Workers’ Compensation administration and claim follow-up
  • Unemployment claims and required documentation
  • Employee document management in Paycom
  • HR communication boards and required postings
  • People Operations ticket management and follow-up
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) administration
  • Job postings and applicant workflow
  • Supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records
  • Helping ensure compliance with company policies and employment requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • A high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Strong computer and administrative skills
  • HR, recruiting, ATS, or HRIS experience preferred
  • Paycom experience is a plus
