What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Workers’ Compensation administration and claim follow-up
- Unemployment claims and required documentation
- Employee document management in Paycom
- HR communication boards and required postings
- People Operations ticket management and follow-up
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) administration
- Job postings and applicant workflow
- Supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records
- Helping ensure compliance with company policies and employment requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- A high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- HR, recruiting, ATS, or HRIS experience preferred
- Paycom experience is a plus
