Job Description:
Park Driving School is seeking a reliable, patient, and state-certified Driving Instructor to join our team. Candidates must meet New Jersey requirements, and have a strong commitment to teaching safe, defensive driving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide behind-the-wheel instruction in accordance with New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission (MVC) guidelines
• Teach traffic laws, defensive driving techniques, and road safety
• Prepare students for the New Jersey road test
• Track student progress and maintain accurate records
• Ensure a safe, positive learning environment
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of training vehicles

Requirements:

• Valid New Jersey driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must meet all licensing requirements set by the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Patient, professional, and dependable
• Availability for flexible hours (evenings/weekends preferred)

Compensation & Benefits:
