We're seeking a motivated and team focused individual to join us as a Branch Supervisor for our branch in South Paris, ME!
This role reports up to the Market Manager for our South Paris branch, serving as a liaison between the Market Manager and our front line team. You'll assist with the overall support of our branch team, as well as the sales, customer service and operational performance of the branch.
This position would also involve accepting and processing daily customer transactions, helping to meet the financial needs of new and existing customers, and identifying opportunities to develop customer relationships for all bank business lines.
Additionally, you'll accept and process consumer loan applications, depending on branch needs, and refer mortgage opportunities to our branch lender.

What we're looking for:
  • Prior banking experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Preferred consumer lending experience
  • Preferred cash handling experience
  • Team leadership experience
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Positive attitude and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Engaged interactions with internal/external customers including problem resolution
  • Willingness to learn
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Dependable
  • Availability for a Saturday morning rotation is necessary
  • Ability to travel to other locations as needed

Pay: Position starts at $22.00 per hour with flexibility commensurate with experience.
Working Conditions:
Physical surroundings are generally pleasant and comfortable with minimal exposure to injury or other hazards.
Physical effort required; lifting up to 35 lbs.; reaching, twisting, bending, pushing and pulling; standing for extended periods of time; freedom of movement on a regular basis; handling of materials and supplies.
