Job description

Paramount Consulting Group is hiring: Manager of Marketing & Business Development

Are you energized by creating content, building brand visibility, and taking projects from concept through completion?

If you're looking for an opportunity to take ownership of marketing and see the direct impact of your work, this could be the role for you!

PCG Successful Hiring is seeking a Manager of Marketing & Business Development to lead the strategy and hands-on execution of the company's marketing efforts. This person will strengthen the PCG brand, build awareness, and create consistent communications that support business growth.

We are seeking a creative, relationship-focused professional who thrives in a hands-on environment. The ideal candidate brings ideas forward, takes ownership, communicates naturally, and can balance creativity with organization, follow-through, and measurable results.

Join Paramount Consulting Group and become part of a small, entrepreneurial team focused on helping organizations achieve better results through better people. You'll have the opportunity to shape the company's marketing direction, test new ideas, and see the impact of your work.

You’ll work alongside smart, curious people who enjoy sharing ideas, solving problems, and having some fun along the way. We’re a close-knit team that values thoughtful work, open conversation, and creating an environment that feels positive, comfortable, and inspiring. Everyone’s contribution matters, and you’ll be surrounded by people who genuinely care about doing great work and about each other.

Responsibilities include:

Content & Promotion — Core of the Role
  • Partner with leadership to extract key ideas and translate them into compelling, visually engaging content that strengthens PCG’s position as an industry expert.
  • Lead the development and promotion of PCG’s newsletter, blogs, social media, emails, flyers, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
  • Create and manage a consistent content calendar that promotes PCG’s training, consulting, recruiting, and business-development initiatives.
  • Develop lead-generation campaigns, client testimonials, case studies, and success stories that build awareness and generate qualified interest from prospective clients.
Creative Direction & Execution
  • Develop and execute PCG’s marketing plan and creative direction, including content priorities, platforms, schedules, promotional strategies, and campaign goals.
  • Direct podcast, testimonial-video, and other assigned marketing projects, coordinating logistics, outside vendors, feedback, promotion, and final deliverables.
  • Stay current on marketing trends and audience engagement, proactively identifying new ideas and opportunities that support company growth.
Brand Stewardship
  • Own the consistency and quality of PCG’s brand, ensuring messaging, visuals, tone, and materials are professional, polished, and aligned with the company’s mission and values.
  • Continuously review and update marketing materials to keep content, design, and branding accurate, relevant, and consistent.
Website, Systems & Performance
  • Manage marketing content for PCG and websites in partnership with the webmaster and maintain accurate marketing data within HubSpot.
  • Establish key marketing metrics, analyze website and campaign performance, communicate insights to leadership, and recommend adjustments that improve engagement and results.

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, content development, email marketing, social media, websites, and digital campaigns.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging messaging for different audiences.
• Strong organization, planning, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• A creative and practical approach with a focus on measurable business results.
• Initiative and the ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership and team members.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Canva required; experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing platform preferred.
• Comfortable using AI and emerging technology to improve marketing quality and efficiency.

Experience:

We’re looking for someone with 3–5 years of marketing and communications experience who enjoys taking ideas from concept to completion. The ideal candidate is comfortable developing campaigns across multiple channels, creating thoughtful and engaging content, and finding creative ways to connect with the right audience. Experience in a boutique professional services firm is strongly preferred. A portfolio or relevant work samples will be requested.

Salary and Benefits:

This is a full-time, salaried role with a base range of $60,000–$65,000, determined by your experience and proven ability. We offer paid time off, health insurance, and plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and do meaningful work alongside a supportive team.
