We are expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated, professional Automotive Sales Advisor who is ready to earn, grow, and build a long-term career in the car business.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle buying process from start to finish
• Respond to internet leads, phone calls, text messages, and walk-ins promptly and professionally
• Build trust with customers by understanding their needs, budget, and vehicle preferences
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
• Explain vehicle features, options, history, pricing, and financing opportunities
• Follow up consistently with potential buyers through calls, texts, and email
• Maintain accurate notes, appointments, and customer records in DealerCenter CRM
• Work with management and finance to help customers complete their purchase
• Assist with inventory, photos, videos, lot presentation, and dealership events when needed
• Represent Paragon Automotive with professionalism, honesty, and strong customer service

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
• Automotive sales experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person, over the phone, by text, and by email
• Organized and consistent with follow-up
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to learn
• Professional appearance and punctuality required
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a strong plus
• CRM experience is a plus
• Social media, video, or marketing experience is a plus

Schedule

Full-time position.

Monday through Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
One weekday off.
