Job description
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for 50 experienced professionals to manage a Satellite Office for Paradygm Health Group one position per state. This is a revenue-share program. Youll represent the first Paradygm Satellite Office in your state, serving as the foundation for our future partnership program. Your initial title will be Satellite Sales Director, with the opportunity to advance to Satellite Partner.

Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience in healthcare sales or business development
Strong professional network within the healthcare industry
Entrepreneurial mindset with proven leadership ability
Willingness to work under a revenue-share model
Ability to dedicate a minimum of 20 hours per week to sales and relationship-building
Compensation
10% revenue share for the life of accounts you bring in
Please Note, this is not a salaried position. It is a unique opportunity to build recurring income, with the option to advance into a Managing Partner role based on performance.
